Alphabet of Thanks...
There are so many things to be thankful for each day. A conscious awareness of these blessings can be life-altering,
can connect your mind fully to your heart, instill happiness, and give you a greater reason to love, dream, and
give to others. So here are some of the many reasons why we should awaken and greet each new day with gratitude.
Angels that guide us, protect us, and sing beautiful messages of love that our hearts hear.
Blue skies that span infinity like God's love, reminding us that anything is possible in a world where miracles happen each day.
Caring hearts that selflessly give of themselves to those in need, those special earth angels that make this world a better place.
Dreams that give us joy and make each day of our lives worth living.
And how we're connected to each other and to everything under heaven.
Friends who remind us who we are, where we’re going, what we need, and what we deserve out of life.
Grace comes in the form of unexpected blessings, such as help you don’t ask for, an expression of gratitude, finding inner strength, or peace through turmoil. It's faith renewed just when we need it the most.
The place where we can be completely ourselves, relax, and be with those we love. A place to revitalize the spirit. No other place compares.
The special moments that arise out of the blue and make us see something in a new light or give birth to new wings.
The warm feeling of bliss that visits us again and again and expands our heart-wings.
All kindness is a blessing that comes from the grace of God that lives and speaks through caring hearts.
The love of friends, family, that special someone, and God. Love, in whatever form it comes to us, is our greatest blessing, and
a reason to be thankful every minute of our lives.
Music to sooth our souls, move us, elevate us, to flow within us and touch a place of joy to inspire and lift us.
A shimmering sunset, a gentle rolling stream, the majesty of a mountain, the silent and peaceful woods, or even the beauty in a scraggy patch of weeds reminds us that we are part of a beautiful and miraculous world, while connecting us to something much greater than ourselves.
Seeing possibilities even through the storm, to expect the best in all things, knowing that all is going to turn out well.
Emotion that resonates so deeply in the soul that it reminds us that we're alive--and just how good it feels to be alive.
A time where we can find peace from the many voices in our lives and hear the music of our own soul and the whispers of something divine. In this place, we can find hope and healing.
Shimmering pools of soul-altering light that is a gift of hope from God. It often arrives just after gray clouds have descended on our lives and when we need it the most, putting that special shine back in our eyes and leaving a ray in our hearts.
Light that shines through darkness and even through sheets of clouds, giving rise to hope and illuminating the path when we feel lost.
Tears of joy that come from the heart and spill rivers of love, kindness, and empathy that make the heart all the more beautiful.
Those little unexpected joys like hearing from an old friend, getting good news, or having a sunny day that awakens joy, heals the soul, and connects with our hearts.
The caring voices in our lives that make us believe in ourselves, lift us, and cheer us on.
Wisdom that comes from our elders, guides our days, and leads us safely into the future.
A xenagogue is a hospitable stranger who lends joy through some small act of kindness such as a smile, a thoughtful word, or who reaches out to offer assistance or guide us. Such people make our days brighter.
Yes, you! Be thankful for you, for your special gifts and abilities, for all you have to offer the world, for all you share
every single day. Whatever you do, don't forget to love and celebrate you.
A passionate knowledge that we can do something or accomplish some end. It's the ultimate hope and belief in oneself, and something
we should always carry into our dreams and be thankful to have on board.
Share this Alphabet of Thanks with someone you care about
and let your act of kindness flow into hearts like streams of light
to enrich many other lives.
