Sent From Above...
Dear Mother,
Nothing compares to
my mother's smile.
It's a warming ray
that lingers a while.
It's a bright pink rose
that graces the day
and it's the starshine
when the day fades away.
It always shines through
my many demands,
like the tasks that find
her willing hands.
And the way that it
reflects warmth and love,
it can only be a blessing
sent from above.
